Professional Image Building Program was organised on day 1 of the award function. This event was intended to groom the award winning principals to be able to showcase themselves as professional principals. The first part of this program was a workshop “7 Habits of Highly Effective Principals” which was taken by our CEO Dr. Dinesh Kamra along with other experts from grooming industry & academia which was followed by professional photo-shoot post lunch.

The evening of day 1 was meant to celebrate the success of award winning principals by organizing GALA DINNER & COCKTAIL PARTY for them which was a not less than a retreat for them as it blended khana, masti & dosti. A LIVE BAND was invited to it a happening & refreshing evening. Everyone was away from worries of their regular life of a principal, lots of eating, networking, singing & dancing. It was FOREVER MEMORABLE!!!.

Finally the award presentation, the last event of the HEP 2017 Award Function, inaugurated by our CEO, Dr. Dinesh Kamra, Directors Mahesh Kamra & Sarvesh JagdishRaj. Attended by the awardees from 26 states and 3 countries. It one of its kind in educational awards & appreciation as it gave the audiences variety of experiences; entertainment, cultural items, learning & of course award in form of a beautiful badge, a nicely crafted trophy, laminated and framed certificate to every awardee.

Seven award winning principals from different schools participated in panel discussion. Principal. The discussions was moderated by Mr. YP Verma, a highly experienced educationist. Everyone from the panel deliberated their view-point in very meaningful way and all the audience enjoyed the discussion.
